To assist students who have been in the foster system to pursue post-secondary education.
Applicants must have their primary residences in Hawaii; must plan to attend a two- or four-year college, university, or vocational school and enroll at least half-time; must have past or present placement in foster care within the State of Hawaii and not have been reunited with birth parents before 14th birthday; must be a U.S. citizen.
