Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited U.S. or Canadian college (excluding Quebec); must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec); must maintain a satisfactory academic performance.
Selection will be based on the committee’s criteria.
