To provide scholarships to nursing students in exchange for a minimum two year full-time service commitment (or part-time equivalent), at an eligible health care facility with a critical shortage of nurses.
Applicants must be U.S. citizen (born or naturalized), a national, or a lawful permanent resident; must have enrolled–or accepted for enrollment–in a professional nursing degree program at an accredited school of nursing in the U.S.
Preference will depend on financial need.
