To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grantmaking in such fields as the arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs.
Applicants must be female students who have a strong motivation to continue their education at an accredited four-year college.
Recipients are selected based on financial need.
