To help Marion County students pursue nursing degrees.
Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or previous graduates of Marion County High School and must have attended one of these schools for all four years; must be in upper 25th percentile of their class for high school, or minimum 3.0 GPA for college; must intend to major in nursing; must not be a relative of Marge Sorreles Davies or Bobb L. Davies.
Special consideration will be given to those who graduated from Elgin High School and past recipients.
