Scholarship Mission

To foster students in all aspects of the eye and to enhance their skills by hands-on training and examinations.

Qualification Requirements

Applicants must be graduates of ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency program and eligible for Louisiana State Licensure; foreign applicants must acquire J1 visa through ECFMG and must be certified by the said organization.
