Applicants must be students pursuing a degree in registered nursing; be a Stark County resident attending or planning to attend a university or nursing school offering a registered nursing degree; have a minimum GPA of 2.5 for undergraduate studies or 3.0 for graduate studies; demonstrate financial need.
