Applicant must have resided in San Diego County for at least one year; must be college students who have already completed two full academic years (60 semester units or 72 quarter units) and are pursuing a career in nursing or students pursuing their master’s degree or Ph.D. in nursing who will be enrolled full-time at a community college or four-year university in Southern California; must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale; must be United States citizens or permanent residents.
Selection shall be based on demonstrated financial need.
