To support the travel of young JRGOS practicing surgeons to visit institutions both within the United States and international in order to broaden their expertise within their fields and disseminate their research ideas through academic exchange.
Applicants must be members of JRGOS in good standing with 2-3 years in practice.
Preference will be given to those applicants that elect to work with a Senior JRGOS member.
