To improve and enhance the quality of life in the Tri-Cities area by serving as a leader, catalyst and resource for philanthropy; to strive for community improvement through strategic grantmaking in such fields as arts, education, health, environment, youth, social services and other human needs.
Applicants must be residing in Tri-Cities area; high school graduates; and planning to attend a certified cosmetology program at a Cosmetology School such as Aveda Institute, CHIC University of Cosmetology, French Academy of Cosmetology, or Booker Institute of Cosmetology.
Recipients are selected based on academic excellence and financial need.
