To assist women who competed in Miss America Pageant to commence their education in the medical field.
Applicants must be former contestants who have competed within the system on the State, Local or National level from 2008 to present regardless of whether a title was won and who are currently study or aspire to enter the field of medicine.
Recipients will be chosen by the committee based on several factors – grade point average (high school and college/university), class rank, MCAT score, extra-curricular activities, financial aid requirements, household income and level of participation within the system.
