To help qualified students nationwide to achieve their educational dreams with the scholarship.
Applicants must be active National JACL member; must be planning to attend full-time college, university, trade school, business school or any other institution of higher learning within the United States at the graduate school level in the field of medicine.
Selection is based on JACL involvement, scholastic achievement, extra-curricular activities, community involvement, personal statement, and letter of recommendation.
