Applicant must be a Hall County resident or their parent/guardian must be a Hall County resident; must attend Central Community College in Grand Island, Hastings, or Columbus; must be studying in the fields of nursing, or automotive, mechanics, or diesel technology; open to traditional and non-traditional students.
