To encourage CNM/CMs to pursue graduate education that prepares them for leadership roles in clinical/practice administration, education, research or policy.
Applicants must be certified nurse-midwives (CNM) or certified midwives (CM); must be current members of the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM); must be actively enrolled in a doctoral or post-doctoral education program; and must be graduate students in good standing as verified by the Academic Program Director.
Applicants are evaluated based on financial need and academic achievement.
