Purpose for the scholarship
To enhance the training of graduates of schools of public health with an interest in global health.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must have received their Master’s or Doctorate degree prior to the beginning of the fellowship or within the last five years (graduate degrees must come from an ASPH member graduate school of public health accredited by the Council on Education for Public Health); and must be a U.S. citizen or hold a visa permitting permanent residence in the U.S.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection will based on the quality of essay, strength of credentials, previous professional experience; and letters of recommendation.
