Purpose for the scholarship
To support medical students who are experiencing unexpected financial hardships during their medical education.

Requirements to qualify?
Applicants must 2nd – 4th year underrepresented minority students who are US Citizens or have Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Approval, and enrolled in accredited medical or osteopathic medicine schools located in the US.

Selection criteria among applicants
Selection is based on financial need.
