Applicant must reside in Windham County, VT; must be enrolled at least half-time in a licensed practical nursing degree program (LPN), or an associate degree of science in nursing program (AS, RN), or a bachelor of science in nursing degree (BSN, RN) at an accredited college approved for federal Title IV funding; must demonstrate financial need.
Selection is based on financial need, essay, and recommendation letter. Preference given to residents of Rockingham, Westminster, Athens, and Grafton, in this order.
